The continued use of Letters of Intent and the subsequent potential issues which may arise are a continuing challenge for the construction industry. This interactive workshop will be very useful for those using letters of intent in the construction industry and will discuss the issues arising from the use of letters of intent and crucially the do’s and do not’s to be followed, if you so choose to use this method of early engagement.
